Description The creation of balanced teams or groups is an important aspect of Team-Based Learning and the collaborative effort of team members in drafting a team contract is necessary for teams to function well. This resource gives suggestions for how to create balanced teams while taking student needs into account. Also included are some suggestions for students on what to include in their team contracts.
