Description Applying physiology to clinical science by adding some clinical disorders related to the disturbance of the physiological mechanisms previously studied is proved to be a good way to increase student understanding of the importance of these physiologic mechanisms. This simplified examination sheet can be used by students to examine an imaginary patient. Examples of medical cases that may be used are the endocrine cases gigantism, dwarfism, acromegaly, cretinism, myxedema, hyperthyroidism, Chusing disease, Diabetes Mellitus...etc. Central nervous system applied cases or cardiovascular, renal, respiratory or any other bodily system cases may also be used. This activity can increase the student awareness about this clinical disturbance and the disrupted physiological mechanism behind these disturbances.
