I have recently used this in my upper level undergraduate/graduate cancer biology course during the section on chemotherapy. I asked the students to read the bulliten and then answer the questions. I changed the research questions to ask them to find out what has happened in the field since Oct of 2007 when this bulliten came out. This was a nice exercise for the students to view how quickly or slowly 'cutting edge' research makes it into a clinical setting for widespread use in treatment.
