Description This debriefing report is used to evaluate a lab or lesson used in the classroom. The form assesses the learning styles and strategies, diversity strategies, involvement with technology, assessment tools, content, and state science standards within the teaching material. All of this information is used to improve the lesson for future use and to reflect on teaching and learning in the classroom.

Thank you for providing this resource. As I read over it, I found myself feeling proud of my lab lessons, and not so proud of my lecture based lessons. The prompts really force me to reflect on the activities in each class, and helps me identify my own areas of improvement. The prompts are generic enough to be applicable in each classroom, regardless of the lesson/activity of the day. Thank you again so much for sharing this.
